Several Jr. wrestlers find success at Highland Howl
The Vandalia Jr. Wrestling Club traveled to the Highland Howl tournament on Sunday, and several individuals had strong finishes.
Vandalia’s 17 pins were the second-most in the event, and the Jr. Vandals finished fourth in the team standings, with 221 points.
Also wrestling this past weekend were Jarek Wehrle, who placed third at Edwardsville on Saturday, and Garret Stewart, who placed fourth at Belleville on Sunday.
