Billy Joe Cox, 72, of Vandalia, died on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at his home in Vandalia.

Clara Ann Dunn, 71, of Vandalia, died on Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, at her home.

Mrs. Dunn was born on Jan. 3, 1941, in Chicago, the daughter of Clifford and Irene Stamborsky Cogswell.

She was a homemaker.

Patti Ann Ulery, 50, of Vandalia, died at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday at Hohlt & File Funeral Home in Vandalia. Per the request of Patti’s family, her remains will be cremated following the visitation. Memorials: The family.

Patti was born on Oct. 11, 1961, the daughter of Marvin Ulery Sr. and Shirley Williams O’Shea.

Betty Jean Jones, 75, of Vandalia, died at 5:58 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Alberta Irene Lewiski, 63, of Vandalia, died on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, at her home.

Dallas L. Williams, 57, of Vandalia, died on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia.
