Devall – 55 Years

Lester and Jean Devall of Vandalia will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary on Friday, Sept. 30.

They were married on Sept. 30, 1956, in Creve Couer, Ill., with the Rev. Dury officiating. Their attendants were Carl, brother of the groom, and Monda, sister of the bride.
Lester is the son of the late Emery and Gustie Devall of Hagarstown. Jean is the daughter of the late John Edgar and Kate Diveley of Pleasant Mound.   
They are the parents of one son, Mark Devall of Vandalia.
