Post 95 falls in District championship game

CENTRALIA — Vandalia was unable to continue its postseason winning streak on Monday night, but the team still gets to advance to the Jr. Legion Division Tournament.

Post 95 lost the District 23 championship game, 7-2, to Breese on Monday at Sprehe Fields in Centralia, but Vandalia will still be one of the three teams to represent District 23 at the Division Tournament this weekend in West Frankfort.

Vandalia's first game is on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
