An introduction

Hello, my name is Tony Angeloni. I am the new editor here at the Vandalia Leader Union. I wanted to introduce myself to you, the readers and let you know a little about me. I was born in Chicago and moved to Southern Illinois when I was 13. Graduated from Salem Community High School in 2000. Got Married in 2009 and moved to Dayton Ohio in 2010, where I lived for 9 years. Came back to Salem in 2019 and have called it home ever since. I am looking forward to getting to know the area and the people who call Vandalia home. I also am looking to bring the best coverage of local events, sports and news to the Vandalia Leader Union’s dedicated readers.
