Ferguson 17th at state

Vandalia sophomore Madison Ferguson placed 17th at the IHSA Girls State Bowling Tournament over the weekend at The Cherry Bowl in Rockford.

Ferguson had a 12-game total of 2,443, with an average of 203.6.
She had games of 193, 193, 256, 233, 189 and 170.
She was in 29th place after the first round of finals on Friday, with games of 186, 204, 224, 193, 200 and 202 for a total of 1,209 and a 201.5 average.
