? The Vandalia Park District Board meets at 4:30 p.m. in the Lincoln Room at Evans Public Library in Vandalia.
? The Crawford-Hale American Legion Unit 95 Auxiliary meets at 6 p.m. at the Legion Home. The Legion men will cook fried chicken, and members are asked to take side dishes to share.

Friday, December 22

? Crawford-Hale American Legion Post 95 will not hold bingo on Dec. 22 and 29.
? A Nar-Anon meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Northside Christian Church, 1845 W. Jackson St., Vandalia.

Saturday, December 23

? CenterPointe Church, 1616 Veterans Ave. in Vandalia, will host "The Northmen & Cathy" for a Christmas concert at 6 p.m. The public is invited.

Sunday, December 24

? Northside Christian Church will hold a candlelight service at 9 a.m. on Sunday. "Happy Birthday, Jesus" is at 10:30 a.m.; those attending are encouraged to take baby gifts, which will be given to Lighthouse Pregnancy and Health Services Center. The public is invited to attend. The church is located at 1845 W. Jackson St. in Vandalia.
? Christmas Eve services will be held at 7 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church, 727 W. Gallatin St. in Vandalia, and at 9 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Loogootee. The public is invited to attend.

CHRISTMAS DAY
