Charges are pending against a Vandalia teen who was arrested last week in connection for the burglary of motor vehicles last month.
According to Vandalia Police Chief Jeff Ray, Carl E. Carroll was arrested on charges of burglary from a motor vehicle and criminal trespass to a vehicle.
