#3 – Are you a Vandalia water customer? Yes, 307; No, 83.
#4 – Are you willing to pay $1.25 per month to continue these services? Yes, 168; No, 140; Not applicable, 80.
#5 – Analysis removing “Not Applicable” – Yes, 168 (54.55%); No, 140 (45.45%).
#6 – If you are not a city water customer, are you willing to pay for the use of these services? Yes, 84; No, 69; Not applicable, 229.
Note: While 84 responded “yes” to the final question, while 83 stated in question #3 that they were not a water customer; 69 responded “no” to the final question, which may indicate that the results were skewed by invalid responses.
