First photo – Tom File (left) and Lana Morgan were among the volunteers who turned out on Saturday to begin the process of cleaning grave markers in the Old State Burial Ground, a project started by Dorothy Donley.

The second photo shows that the cleaning process is making it possible to read old grave markers, some of which were placed in the cemetery close to 200 years ago.
