Vandalia City Hall closed for funeral Wednesday morning

Vandalia City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, from 9:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M., for the funeral of former employee Dolores Thoman.
Dolores worked for the City of Vandalia for 28 years, from May 1981 to December 2009.
