State’s Attorney Provides Body Cams for VPD

Fayette County State's Attorney Joshua Morrison last week presented the Vandalia Police Department with 10 body cameras, which were purchased with funds obtained through forfeitures and seizures.

The VPD earlier received two cameras through Morrison's grant program, meaning that all officers now have a camera. Above, from left, are Vandalia officer Rob Blackerby, Morrison, VPD Chief Jeff Ray and VPD Detective Jake Bowling.
