• Joshua D. Crawford, 36, Pocahontas, was arrested on July 28 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $5,000.
• Steven D. Snider, 54, Akron, Ohio, was arrested on July 28 on charges of driving without a valid license, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seatbelt. Bond was $1,500.
• Jonathan M. Hart, 43, Blue Springs, Mo., was arrested on July 27 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. Bond was $1,500.
• Krystal L Heggie, 26, 311 Spooner St., Ramsey, was arrested on July 27 on a charge of telephone harassment. Bond was $1,500.
• Kendra N. Snider, 26, Keyesport, was arrested on July 24 for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Bond was $1,500.
• Cheyenne E. Hill, 18, RR 1, Ramsey, was arrested on July 24 on a charge of assault and an alleged violation of probation. Bond was $1,500, and she was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Michael C. Mathes, 26, Decatur, was arrested on July 24 on a Clinton County warrant for a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $15,000.
• Brittany J. Wright, 26, Pana, was arrested on July 24 on a charge of theft more than $500. Bond was $50,000.
• Amanda M. Knott, 32, 817 W. Main St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 23 for failure to appear in court on an ordinance violation charge. Bond was $200 cash.
• Michael F. Blankenship, 42, 1423 N. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 23 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
• Diana G. Sarver, 59, 714 South St., Ramsey, was arrested on July 23 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Mitchell R. Dunigan, 48, 308 S. Oak St., Farina, was arrested on July 23 on a charge of possession of more than 30 grams of cannabis. Bond was $10,000.
• Michael A. Pickler, 31, Pana, was arrested on July 23 for failure to appear in Fayette County court on a traffic charge, and on warrants for failure to appear in Shelby and Christian counties on charges of driving under the influence. A judge released him on the Fayette County charge, and bond on the other warrants totaled $5,000.
• Lori E. McNeely, 54, and Jason L. McNeely, 29, both of RR 2, Vandalia, were arrested on warrants for charges of deceptive practices. Bond for Lori McNeely was $150 cash, and bond for Jason McNeely was $5,150.
• Steve M. Swofford, 44, 1314 W. Johnson St., Vandalia, was arrested on July 22 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $200 cash.
