20 at Shobonier School Reunion

The Shobonier School Reunion was held on Sunday June 8, at Ponderosa Steakhouse in Vandalia, with 20 attending.
Everyone had a good time visiting and catching up on old memories.
Those present were: Bonnie (Zimmerman) Donnals, Wayne and Betty Hathaway, Betty Sessions, Mary Ann (Peterson) Taylor, Jerry and Phyllis Gable, and Hazel (Albert) Stevenson of Vandalia; Jim Schmitt, and Dave and Jackie (Schmitt) Stowe of Litchfield; Winnie (Peterson) File of Edwardsville; Marie (Sessions) Payne of Woodlawn; Don and Lorraine Libell of Fairview Heights; Ruby (Zimmerman) Funk of Greenville; Eloise (Libell) Alverson of Chatham; Janice (Libell-Meyer) Lillie of O’Fallon; and David and Ruth (Hathaway) Dugan, Mulberry Grove.
The reunion is always the second Sunday in June, so those who didn’t make it this year can mark their calendars for next year to attend the reunion and remember old times and old classmates.
