• Daniel J. McCullough, 30, Roxana, was arrested on May 27 for failure to appear in court on a domestic battery charge. Bond was $3,500.
• Kim L. Diggs, 51, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on May 26 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and no rear registration light. Bond was $1,500.
• Chloe A. Smith, 19, 314 N. Ash St., St. Elmo, was arrested on May 26 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol. Bond was $1,500.
• Roger W. Eller, 25, 512 S. Madison St., Ramsey, was arrested on May 26 on a charge of sale or gift of alcohol to a minor. He was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Chad W. Sidener, 33, South Street, Lot 6, Ramsey, was arrested on May 26 on charges of possession of drug equipment and sale or gift of alcohol to a minor. Bond was $1,500.
• Hannah N. Nash, 19, RR 2, Ramsey, was arrested on May 26 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
• Justin L. Craig, 20, 822 Sunset Drive, Vandalia, was arrested on May 26 on charges of resisting or obstructing a peace officer and illegal consumption of alcohol. Bond was $1,500.
• Robert A. Ward, 41, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on May 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, felony DUI, driving while his license is revoked, felony driving while his license is revoked, driving too fast for conditions, no valid registration, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and improper signal. Bond was $50,000.
• Douglas M. Donaldson, 51, 2205 W. Fillmore St., Lot 3, was arrested on May 23 on charges of assault and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Bond was $1,500.
• Joshua A. Zinkgraf, 25, 1625 W. St. Louis Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on May 23 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substances and possession of more than 30 grams of cannabis. Bond was $50,000.
• Gerald D. Evans, 22, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on May 23 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Terry R. Knolhoff, 43, 1000 W. Cumberland Road, Apt. 18, St. Elmo, was arrested on May 23 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Janetia E. Karnes, 22, 204 E. 11th St., St. Elmo, was arrested on May 23 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $10,000.
• David L. Huddlestun, 29, 215 N. Elm St., St. Elmo, was arrested on May 22 on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $7,500.
• Dalton J. Thomas, 17, 925 W. Edwards St., Apt. A, Vandalia, was arrested on May 22 on an alleged probation violation. He was transferred to another county.
• Steven L. Chrisman, 40, and Michelle R. Chrisman, 38, both of 234 Northwest St., Brownstown, were arrested on May 22 on a charge of retail theft. Bond for each was $1,500.
• Steven D. Altom, 34, Peoria, was arrested on May 22 for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. Bond was $3,000.
• Raven L. Howard, 20, 226 W. Ninth St., Ramsey, was arrested on May 22 on a charge of assault. Bond was $1,500.
• Kent A. Cripe, 23, 1230 W. Gallatin St., Vandalia, was arrested on May 22 on a charge of assault. Bond was $1,500.
• Abigale R. Horn, 18, Effingham, was arrested on May 21 in Fayette County Court on a charge of contempt of court. A judge ordered her to stay in jail overnight.
• Leavon J. Shadowens, 21, Effingham, was arrested on May 21 on a Marion County warrant for a charge of criminal trespass to land. Bond was $6,500.
• Travis A. Edwards, 19, and Leslie E. Shadowens, 25, both of Johnston City, were arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to land. Edwards was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office, and bond for Shadowens was set at $1,500.
• A 16-year-old Vandalia resident was arrested on May 21 on a charge of criminal trespass to land. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Benjamin F. Harrison Jr., 43, 336 S. Dieckman St., Vandalia, was arrested on May 20 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $5,000.
• Ryan M. Castic, 21, 314 N. Ash St., St. Elmo, was arrested on May 20 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
