• Jodi S. Cox, 43, Effingham, was arrested on May 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, endangering the life or health of a child, improper lane usage, speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $3,000.
• Lucas K. Ephron, 19, 927 W. Johnson St., Apt. C, Vandalia, was arrested on May 20 on a Bond County warrant for a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $3,500, and he was transferred to Bond County.
• A 16-year-old Vandalia youth was arrested on May 19 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane usage. Bond was $3,000, and the youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Levi C. McWhorter, 18, 123 N. Eighth St., Vandalia, was arrested on May 19 on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $1,500.
• Randall S. Shafer, 26, Houston, Texas, was arrested on May 19 for failure to appear in court in Missouri. He was being held for Missouri authorities.
• Christopher W. Cox, 18, 507 W. Orchard St., Vandalia, was arrested on May 19 on a warrant for theft over $500. Bond was $7,500.
• Daniel W. Hoyer, 28, RR 2, Beecher City, was arrested on May 19 on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $25,000.
• A 17-year-old Herrick youth was arrested on May 18 on a charge of aggravated assault. The youth was taken to the Madison County Juvenile Detention Center.
• Randall E. Warner, 33, 1000 W. Cumberland Road, St. Elmo, was arrested on May 17 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Bond was $3,000.
• Josh A. Weaveer, 24, RR 1, Shobonier, was arrested on May 17 on charges of possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis. Bond was $20,000.
• Tiffany A. Hans, 22, Kodak, Tenn., was arrested on May 17 on a charge of possession of drug equipment. Bond was $1,500.
• Christopher L. Mains, 30, 114 N. Fourth St., Vandalia, was arrested on May 16 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Amber L. Thomas, 22, 1230 W. St. Louis Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on May 15 on a charge of driving while her license is suspended or revoked. She was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Melinda K. Lotz, 28, Decatur, was arrested on May 15 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $5,000, and she was released at the order of a judge.
• Steven V. Dedmon, 48, Granite City, was arrested on May 15 for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. Bond was $4,000, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Rafael Alvarez Jr., 36, Donna, Texas, was arrested on May 15 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked, log violation and driving while disqualified. Bond was $1,500.
• Wayne A. Edwards, 31, 309 S. Superior, Ramsey, was arrested on May 14 on a warrant for a charge of deceptive practices. Bond was $1,500, but he was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Alexis L. Blackwell, 18, 1410 W. St. Louis Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on May 14 on a warrant for a charge of endangering the life or health of a child. Bond was $2,500.
• Laura A. Snow, 43, 529 S. Front St., Ramsey, was arrested on May 13 on a Bond County warrant. Bond was $1,000.
• Lynnes S. Patterson, 40, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on May 13 for failure to appear in court in St. Louis County. He was transferred to Missouri.
