LLC gives information about spring registration
It’s that time of the year for Lake Land College students to be thinking ahead for the spring 2014 semester.
Registration for spring courses begins Monday, Nov. 11, for re-admit and current Lake Land students. For those who have never before attended Lake Land College, registration begins Monday, Nov. 18.
Before students can register for spring classes, all students must meet with an adviser in order to be cleared for registration. This process differs, depending on a student’s status, and is required so that students can ensure they are taking the appropriate classes for their major or program of study.
Current Lake Land students must logon to the student Hub at http://llcportal.lakeland.cc.il.us and select the “Advisement Information” link in the upper right-hand corner. This page will give current students the information they need for spring advisement and clearance to register, including their specific registration date based on the number of credit hours they have completed at Lake Land College.
Re-admit students must complete the Intent to Enroll form found here: www.lakeland.cc.il.us/appintro.cfm, then set up a meeting with a counselor in Counseling Services for spring advisement and clearance to register.
New students must also complete the Intent to Enroll form. Once that is processed, new students will be mailed a letter inviting then to schedule New Student Orientation.
The spring 2014 semester begins Jan. 13 and all students must be registered by Jan. 10. To view the courses offered during the spring semester, visit: http://lakeland.cc.il.us/schedules and select the Spring 2014 Schedule link.
