• Shawn M. Durbin, 20, Fillmore, was arrested on Oct. 28 on an alleged parole violation. He was turned over to the Illinois Department of Corrections on an IDOC warrant.
• Michael A. Gragas, 25, Opdyke, was arrested on Oct. 28 on a charge of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child under the age of 13. Bond was $100,000.
• Jennifer S. Johnson, 36, 1306 N. Seventh St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 28 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
• Ciarra A. Carroll, 26, Hazelwood, Mo., was arrested on Oct. 28 on a charge of driving while her license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Richard E. Winters, 26, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 27 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $1,500.
• Rocky D. Langdon, 49, 313 S. Superior St., Ramsey, was arrested on Oct. 27 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked, no rear registration light and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Kyrstie M. Roderick, 22, Mason, was arrested on Oct. 27 on a charge of driving while her license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Arik E. Warner, 28, 515 W. Cherokee Strip, Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 27 on an alleged violation of an order of protection. He was released on an order from a judge.
• Zack C. Rensner, 18, Effingham, was arrested on Oct. 27 on a warrant for driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $3,500.
• Cliff A. Hall, 33, 328 N. Superior St., Ramsey, was arrested on Oct. 26 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis, illegal transportation of alcohol and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $10,000.
• Deshad L. Aikens, 25, Greenville, was arrested on Oct. 26 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,000.
• A 16-year-old youth was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Samuel D. Bowles, 33, 1124 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 25 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $7,500.
• Randall L. Buie, 49, 306 E. Cumberland Road, St. Elmo, was arrested on Oct. 25 on an alleged violation of his bail bond. Bond was $3,000.
• Derek A. Phillips, 18, 1848 Trapper Ave., Mulberry Grove, was arrested on Oct. 24 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
• Samantha J. Nobbe, 18, Fillmore, was arrested on Oct. 24 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond was $1,000.
• Albert B. Willis, 32, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on Oct. 24 on a charge of buying/receiving/possessing stolen property. Bond was $300,000.
• David D. Dilley, 45, Hillsboro, was arrested on Oct. 24 on a charge of theft up to $500. Bond was $10,000.
