• Kararyna L. Scrimpsher, 19, 203 W. Jefferson St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 25 on charges of criminal damage to property and criminal damage to land. Bond was $1,000.
• Brandon W. Hicks, 38, RR 2, Ramsey, was arrested on June 24 on charges of domestic battery and unlawful restraint. No bond information was listed.
• Ashley E. Daley, 29, 1303 S. Willow St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 24 on a charge of theft up to $500, and on misdemeanor warrants from Moultrie and Effingham counties. Bond totaled $21,000.
• Jeffery K. Nevinger, 19, 1604 W. Fillmore St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 24 on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $3,500.
• Rhett N. Evans, 19, 1826 W. Jefferson St., Apt. 2, Vandalia, was arrested on June 24 on charges of resisting arrest and illegal consumption of alcohol. No bond information was listed.

• Jeffrey R. Nevinger, 20, 1826 W. Jefferson St., Apt. 4, Vandalia, was arrested on June 23 on charges of illegal consumption of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. Bond was $1,000.
• Dorothy L. Shider, 56, Edinburgh, Ind., was arrested on June 23 on a charge of battery. She was released on a notice to appear.
• Joseph M. Kirkwood, 28, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on June 23 on charges of speeding and driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Seven youths were arrested on June 22 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol, and an eighth was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol. Two of the youths were also arrested on a charge of possession of up to 30 grams of cannabis, and two were also arrested on a charge of possession of drug equipment/paraphernalia. All were released on a notice to appear in court.

• Randall L. Buie, 48, 306 E. Cumberland Road, St. Elmo, was arrested on June 21 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $3,000.
• Michael S. Waller, 20, 405 S. Stone St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 21 on charges of reckless driving and illegal screeching of tires. Bond was $2,000.
• James L. Kirk, 36, Decatur, was arrested on June 21 on an alleged probation violation (failed drug test). Bond was $7,500.
• Zachary A. Woolridge, 21, RR 1, Farina, was arrested on June 21 on an alleged probation violation (failed drug test). Bond was $5,000.
• David L. Bunyard, 42, 1326 W. Jefferson St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 21 on an alleged probation violation (failed drug test). Bond was $5,000.
• Wyatt A. Summann, 18, 1339 Mulberry Grove Road, Mulberry Grove, was arrested on June 20 for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $200.
• Gregory B. Stoner, 46, 415 E. Cumberland Road, St. Elmo, was arrested on June 20 on a charge of criminal trespass to land. Bond was $1,500.
• Daniel V. McMillin, 43, 500 S. Seventh St., Mulberry Grove, was arrested on June 19 for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. Bond was $1,500.
• Rebecca J. Wehrle, 43, was arrested on June 19 on a charge of driving while her license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.

• Cody A. Kimbro, 23, 615 S. Seventh St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 18 on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $250,000.
• Michael P. Forbes, 32, RR 1, Ramsey, was arrested on June 18 for failure to appear in Christian County court on a small claims matter. Bond was $20,000, and he was transferred to Christian County.
• Robert E. Matthews, 25, Nokomis, was arrested on June 18 for failure to appear in court on a charge of obstruction of justice/destroying evidence. Bond was $3,500.
