• Devin J. Mathis, 19, 320 W. Jackson St., Vandalia, was arrested on April 30 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond was $1,000.
• Jacob Nishke, 20, 1525 Shelley Drive, Vandalia, was arrested on April 30 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Monty E. Evans, 31, Altamont, was arrested on April 29 for failure to appear in court in Fayette, Effingham and Coles counties. Bond totaled $152,000.
• A 17-year-old youth was arrested on April 28 on an alleged probation violation. The youth was transferred to the Madison County Juvenile Detention Center.
• Joseph O. Eccleston, 18, Chicago, was arrested on April 28 on a charge of possession of up to 30 grams of cannabis. Bond was $1,000.
• Justin D. Blackburn, 22, 125 E. Main St., Ramsey, was arrested on April 28 on a charge of aggravated assault of a peace officer. Bond was $10,000.
• Tyjuan M. Horton, 37, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on April 27 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Dylan T. Summers, 19, 1206 South St., Vandalia, was arrested on April 26 on a charge of theft of up to $500.
• Ufices Earvin, 35, 120 E. Jefferson St., Vandalia, was arrested on April 25 on charges of aggravated battery, unlawful restraint, aggravated battery of a corrections officer and threatening a public official. Bond was $100,000.
• Vanessa L. Tedrick, 30, 815 S. Poplar St., Vandalia, was arrested on April 26 for failure to appear in court on a felony charges. Bond was $3,500, and she was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Paula D. Stanley, 46, 415 N. Olive St., St. Elmo, was arrested on April 25 for failure to appear in court on a theft charge. Bond was $10,000.
• Valerie A. Smith, 27, Ramsey, was arrested on April 25 for contempt of court in a small claims case in Montgomery County. Bond was $9,000, and she was transferred to Montgomery County.
• Veronica S. Bodine, 41, Centralia, was arrested on April 25 for failure to appear in court on a charge of deceptive practices. Bond was $1,000.
• Kevin M. Habing, 21, Effingham, was arrested on April 25 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and failure to wear a seat belt. Bond was $1,500.
• Keffery L. Cothern, 26, Pana, was arrested on April 25 on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $6,000.
• Lindsey M. Nibert, 36, Pocahontas, turned herself in on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Coles County. Bond was $50 cash.
