? TOPS IL 1872, Ramsey, will meet at the Christian Church in Ramsey. Weigh-in is at 6:20 p.m., and the meeting is at 7 p.m.
? Crawford-Hale American Legion Post 95 will hold its monthly meeting at the Legion Home. A meal is at 6 p.m., and the meeting is at 7 p.m.
Friday, April 12

? A benefit for 13-year-old Trevis Bryan will be held from 7 p.m.-midnight at the Greenville VFW, 2043 S. Fourth St. Doors open at 6 p.m. The benefit for Trevis, who has a brain tumor, will include pulled pork, drinks and music by "Buffalo Road." The cost is $20 per person or $35 per couple in advance, or $25 per person or $40 per couple at the door, with ages 5-12 $10; children under 5 are admitted free. Saturday, April 13

? The Vandalia Downtown Merchants Co-op will hold rummage sales downtown from 8 a.m.-noon. Table spaces are available for $10. To reserve a table, contact Something Special Florist at 283-1810 or Sew Liberty at 283-7249. In the event of bad weather, tables will be set up inside businesses.
Sunday, April 14

? A benefit being held to raise funds for a headstone for Justin "Lil' D" Wyatt and for funds to help provide care for his two young sons will be held at 1 p.m. at the Vandalia Eagles Club. A fried chicken dinner will be served from 1-3 p.m. The cost is $8 for adults; children under age 3 eat free. The benefit will include live and silent auctions, a 50/50 drawing and a DJ, "Fast N Loud." Wyatt died from hypothermia earlier this year.  
Monday, April 15

? An American Red Cross blood drive will be held from 3-7 p.m. at St. Elmo Elementary School, 519 W. Second St.
? The Vandalia Women of the Moose will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Moose Lodge.
? The VFW Auxiliary will meet at 7 p.m. at the VFW Home on West St. Louis Avenue in Vandalia.
? The Vandalia City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall.
Tuesday, April 16

? The Network Masters chapter of Business Networking International, which includes Vandalia, meets every Tuesday morning in the conference room at 3 Point Ink, 1550 U.S. Route 40 in Greenville. Open marketing begins at 7:45 a.m., and the meeting runs from 8-9:30 a.m. For more information, contact chapter President Greg Tomlinson at 292-2267.
? The Vandalia Rotary Club will meet at noon at Ponderosa Steakhouse.
? TOPS IL 2020 will meet in the Fayette County Hospital conference room. Weigh-in is from 5-5:30 p.m., with the meeting to follow.
? Rainbow Reflections, a local grief support group, will meet from 6-7 p.m. in Wesley Hall at First United Methodist Church. Those planning to attend are asked to call Mary Miller at 292-5366.
? A 4-H shooting club that is being formed meets at 6 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month at Buckstop Archery south of Brownstown. For more information, call Matt Mather at 283-9444.
? The Vandalia Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. at the district's administration center.
? "The Gold Nuggets Band" will be performing from 7-10 p.m. at the Patoka Service Center. Admission is $5 per person. There is a potluck at intermission.
