• Jackie L. Snider, 44, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 24 on a charge of failing to report a change of address as a registered sex offender. Bond was $10,000.
• Ross J. Baker, 51, 524 N. Second St., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 23 for failure to appear in court in Bureau County. Bond was $2,000, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.

• Jilla D. Swofford, 41, 1314 W. Johnson St., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 23 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
• Codie N. Barker, 21, RR 1, Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 23 for failure to appear in court on a charge of operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Rayella M. Denton, 40, 346 N. College St., Brownstown, was arrested on Feb. 23 on a Saline County warrant for a charge of bringing contraband into a penal institution. Bond was $20,000.
• Juan C. Fuentes, 42, Milwaukee, Wis., was arrested on Feb. 23 on charges of driving while his license is suspended and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Wesley T. Langston, 27, 1619 Janett Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 23 for failure to appear in court on a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol. He was transferred to St. Louis City Jail.
• Younas M. Karamdad, 58, Albany, N.Y., was arrested on Feb. 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, illegal possession of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
• Drew A. Nibert, 26, Edgewood, was arrested on Feb. 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal squealing of tires, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of open alcohol container and driving while his license is suspended. Bond was $3,000.
• Greg L. Bechtel, 43, Ramsey, was arrested on Feb. 22 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $500 cash.
• Sammy H. Nave, 30, Glen Carbon, was arrested on Feb. 22 on charges of driving without a valid license and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Jeremy M. Bertiaux, 35, 348 W. Cumberland Road, Brownstown, was arrested on Feb. 22 on a charge of public nuisance. Bind was $1,000.
• Allen J. Frayer, 23, 217 N. Cleveland, Fillmore, was arrested on Feb. 21 on charges of possession of drug equipment and possession of less than 2.3 grams of cannabis. Bond was $1,000.
