• Michael D. Gottfried, 51, El Paso, Texas, was arrested on Nov. 27 for driving 106 mph in a 55-mph zone. Bond was $2,000.
• Crystal L. Snider, 29, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 26 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Guadalupe Quintanilla, 35, Homestead, Fla., was arrested on Nov. 25 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Randall L. Kinsey, 26, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on Nov. 24 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
• Pasquale Delcore, 28, San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on Nov. 23 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, driving while his license is suspended, improper parking and possession of cannabis. Bond was $3,000.
• Kenneth Ribble, 35, 216 N. Spring St., St. Elmo, was arrested on Nov. 22 on charges of aggravated assault and felony domestic battery. Bond was $15,000.
• Stephen F. Siebert, 45, 403 Wall St., Mulberry Grove, was arrested on Nov. 22 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Tony D. Litaker, 40, 209 W. Vine Road, Vernon, was arrested on Nov. 21 for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of cannabis. Bond was $1,000.
• Ali K. Durhan, 30, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on Nov. 21 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Peter P. Julian, 26, Carbondale, was arrested on Nov. 21 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug equipment and possession of cannabis. Bond was $1,000.
• Dallas D. Cole, 20, 203 W. Jefferson St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 20 on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $1,000.
• Regina K. Myers, 43, 1102 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 20 on a charge of theft up to $500. She was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Natasha A. Cook, 20, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 20 on a charge of retail theft-fuel. Bond was $1,000.
