• Logan A. Cook, 20, Shobonier, was arrested on Nov. 18 on a charge of aggravated battery. No bond information was listed.
• Eric T. Dunn, 29, Mason, was arrested on Nov. 18 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.

• Jody L. Tinker, 40, 1018 W. Tower St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 17 on a warrant for allowing a dog to run at-large. Bond was $200.
• Karl A. Gatewood, 39, 640 S. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 17 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Bond was $1,000, and he was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Todd L. Parke, 38, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 17 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $5,000.
• A 17-year-old youth was arrested on Nov. 17 on charges of domestic battery and illegal consumption of alcohol. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.

• John M. Hemmer, 48, RR 1, Shobonier, was arrested on Nov. 16 on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Bond was $1,000, and he was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Bradley R. Maas, 23, RR 1, St. Peter, was arrested on Nov. 16 on a charge of no valid deer permit and on a Shelby County warrant for a charge of gift or sale of alcohol to a minor. Bond was $3,000.
• Krystal L. Rathbone, 24, 504 E. Fourth St., St. Peter, was arrested on Nov. 16 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
• James L. Kirk, 35, Decatur, was arrested on Nov. 15 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $5,000.
• Two youths, ages 17 and 15, were arrested on Nov. 15 on charges of retail theft. The youths were released on notices to appear in court.
• Sean E. Kessler, 37, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 15 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked, failure to report an accident and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• A 17-year-old youth was arrested on Nov. 14 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and violating curfew. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• A 15-year-old youth was arrested on Nov., 14 on a charge of violating curfew. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Varonica N. Stokes, 25, 444 S. College St., Brownstown, was arrested on Nov. 13 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
