Christopher E. Jorandby received his master’s of fine arts degree in theater from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale on May 12.

Jorandby is the son of Eugene and Sharon Jorandby of rural Brownstown, and the grandson of the late Kathryn Tedrick Brooks of Vandalia.
He also holds a bachelor’s degree in theater from SIUC.
Jorandby is currently a props master for the McLeod Summer Playhouse production season at McLeod Theater on the SIUC campus.
