Donald Card, 92, Morrison

Donald Card, 92, of Morrison, and formerly of Vandalia, died on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at Four Seasons Living Center in Morrison.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, with the Rev. Richard Morris of First Christian Church officiating. Burial with military rites will be in Coloma Township Cemetery in Rock Falls. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials: First Christian Church of Rock Falls or Hospice of Rock River Valley.

Mr. Card was born on Nov. 15, 1919, in Vandalia, the son of Roy and Susie Frailey Card. He married Cleo Hall on Nov. 7, 1945, in Rock Falls; she died on Nov. 6, 2010.

He is survived by daughters, Nancy and her husband Gary Olds of Onalaska, Wis., Diane and her husband Larry Rause of Ankeny, Iowa, and LuAnn and her husband Tim McFadden of Rock Falls.
