? TOPS IL 1872, Ramsey, will meet at the Christian Church in Ramsey. Weigh-in is at 6:20 p.m., and the meeting is at 7 p.m.
Saturday, February 25
? The Brownstown Music Boosters will hold a zumba class for all ages at 10:30 a.m. in the Brownstown High School gym. The class will last about an hour. Zumba is a dance fitness class comprised of a variety of song and dance styles. All participants must sign a waiver, and students under 18 must have prior parental consent. Tickets, $5 each, may be purchased from Brownstown band and chorus students or at the door. ? The Spirit, Soul and Body Fit Club will meet from 10-11 a.m. at Family YMCA of Fayette County on Rock Island Avenue in Vandalia. There is no membership fee.
? The Fayette County Republican Central Committee will hold its annual Lincoln Day Dinner at the American Legion Home in Vandalia. A social hour begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner is at 6 p.m., and a program follows the dinner. Speakers will include U.S. Congressman John Shimkus, state Sen. John O. Jones, state Sen. Kyle McCarter, state Rep. John Cavaletto, Fayette County Coroner Bruce Bowen and Joshua Morrison, Republican candidate for state's attorney. ? A country music dance and potluck is held from 7-10 p.m. every Saturday at 202 W. Madison St. in Ramsey (the former Baptist Church). Admission is $5.

? The Vandalia Rotary Club will meet at noon at Ponderosa.
? The Illinois Secretary of State, in cooperation with the Vandalia Golden Circle Nutrition Center, will hold a Rules of the Road review course from 1-3 p.m. at the Senior Center, 616 W. Jackson St., Vandalia. The course is free and open to all ages.
? The third annual Mulberry Grove Junior High-High School talent show will be held at 7 p.m. in the high school gym. Admission is $3. The event will include raffles for Cardinals-Cubs games tickets and baskets, and a concession stand. For more information, call 326-8221, ext. 215.
