Vandalia man dies in cycle wreck
A Vandalia man died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on Saturday afternoon in Clay County.
According to the Illinois State Police, Junior L. (Leroy) Lash, 56, was driving a 1984 Honda on U.S. Route 50, about three miles west of Flora, when his cycle left the roadway on the left and struck a tree.
Lash, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to Clay County Hospital in Flora, where he was pronounced dead.

I am his son I am currently 13 he died when I was 2 as far as to my knowledge goes he wasn’t taking his necessary medication resulting in him passing away
