St. Elmo, Patoka celebrate arrival of fall

St. Elmo and Patoka celebrated the arrival of fall with celebrations over the weekend. Patoka held its Fall Festival over the weekend, and the annual St. Elmo Labor Day Celebration was held on Sunday and Monday.
