Historical Vandalia carnival now in town

Historical Vandalia Inc. is now sponsoring a carnival in the open field next to Los Amigos Restaurant on Veterans Avenue in Vandalia.

The carnival runs from today (Tuesday) through Saturday. It opens at 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, and at 1 p.m. on Saturday. Thursday night is Armband Night from 6-10 p.m.; Unlimited ride wristbands may be purchased for $16.

All proceeds from the carnival go to Historic Vandalia.
