Flooding Causes Sinkhole…Again

A year after severe flooding caused a sinkhole on West Main Street at the intersection with Remann Street, a severe storm over the weekend caused an even bigger sinkhole. Employees in Vandalia's public works department were working early Monday morning to remedy the situation.
