Mark A. Manley, 44, of Ramsey, died on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Ramsey, with the Rev. Don Price officiating. Burial will be in Ramsey Cemetery in Ramsey. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday at the church. Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey was in charge of arrangements. Memorials: The family. Mr. Miller was born on Feb. 17, 1967, in Vandalia, the son of Charles Eugene and Betty Carol Ballard Manley.

He is survived by a son, Mitchell Manley of Las Vegas, Nev.; and daughter, Ashley Manley of Ramsey.
