James V. ‘Jim’ Cunningham, 70, Ramsey

James V. “Jim” Cunningham, 70, of Ramsey, died at 7:22 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at his home.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ramsey, with the Rev. Joseph Havrilka officiating. Burial with military rites will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Ramsey. Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey was in charge of arrangements. Memorials: St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery Fund or St. Joseph Altar & Rosary Society.

Mr. Cunningham was born on June 7, 1940, in Ramsey, the son of Leo P. Sr. and Christine Johanna Thull Cunningham. He married Mary Jane Blackerby on Dec. 3, 1971, in Caseyville; she died on April 25, 1972.
