Carol K. Brown, 72, Ramsey 

Carol K. Brown, 72, of Ramsey, and formerly of Pekin, died at 12:03 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, with Pastor Terry Sapp officiating. Burial will be in Ramsey Cemetery in Ramsey. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials: Donor’s choice.

Mrs. Brown was born on July 21, 1938, in Pekin, the daughter of Theodore Wallace “Ted” and Helen Louise Maquet Beever. She married William Allen Brown on March 22, 1955, in Pekin; he died in 1998.

She is survived by sons, Randy Brown of Marion, William Brown Jr. and his wife Bunny of Hamilton, Mich., and Mike Brown of Vandalia.
