• Anthony P. Stasiak, 40, 223 Third St., Ramsey, was arrested on Aug. 30 on a charge of breach of peace. Bond was $1,000.
• Ryan T. Skaggs, 19, 203 W. Main St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 29 on a charge of aggravated assault. Bond was $1,000.
• Michelle L. Forbes, 28, 318 S. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 29 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Bond was $15,000.
• Charles W. Forbes, 31, 318 S. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 29 on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and on warrants from Fayette and Douglas counties on deceptive practice charges. Bond totaled $30,000.

• Frank A. Reynolds, 46, 211 N. Kennedy Blvd., Apt. 116, Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 28 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Harvey D. Manning, 45, 610 N. Ash St., St. Elmo, was arrested on Aug. 28 for failure to appear in Marion County court on a felony charge. Bond was $2,000.
