D. Deloris Lynch, 86, Greenville

D. Deloris Lynch, 86, of Greenville, and formerly of Mulberry Grove, died on Friday, Aug. 6, 2010, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chesterfield, Mo.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Mulberry Grove United Methodist Church, with Bob Chase officiating. Burial will be in McInturff Cemetery in Hagarstown. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday at Young Funeral Home in Greenville. Memorials: Shriners’ Hospitals or Mulberry Grove United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Lynch was born on May 28, 1924, in Latham, the daughter of Leo and Irma Scarlett Knebel. She married Loyd Lynch on Feb. 5, 1946; he died on Dec. 7, 1990.

She is survived by daughters, Sandra Volkmar of Mulberry Grove, Nancy and her husband Loren Blunt of Mulberry Grove, and Lynda and her husband Ricky Gish of Henderson, Ky.; and son, Larry Lynch of Gaylesville, Ala.
