Phillip F. Blunt, 46, Brownstown

Phillip F. Blunt, 46, of Brownstown, died at 11:47 a.m. on Monday, May 24, 2010, at Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia.

A memorial tribute will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia. Memorials: Donor’s choice.

Mr. Blunt was born on Dec. 30, 1963, in Fayette County, the son of Leon Franklin and Betty Louise Durbin Blunt. He married Peggy J. Gochenour on Dec. 19, 2008, in Vandalia.

He is survived by his wife; mother, Betty Aldridge of St. Elmo; sons, Chris Blunt and his wife Ashley of Vera, and Aaron Side and his wife Gabby of Patoka; and daughters, Desi and her husband Jerrod Long of Vera, and Tabatha and Hanna Sides, both of Vandalia.
