Theresa L. Forbes, 49, Wamac

Theresa Lynn Forbes, 49, of Wamac, died at 9:33 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday at Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia, with the Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. Hohlt & File Funeral Home in Vandalia was in charges of arrangements.

Ms. Forbes was born on Jan. 3, 1961, in Sierra Vista, Ariz., the daughter of James Hallie and Marjorie Marie Hall Forbes.

She is survived by her father, of Vandalia; husband, Alan Holmes; daughters, Melissa Bender of Mexico, Mo., Alicia Kolodzuj of Mexico, Mo., and Jeni Michels of Oregon City, Ore.; and brother, Bryan Douglas Forbes of Vandalia.
