Cynthia Diane Branch, 49, Patoka

Cynthia Diane Branch, 49, of Patoka, died at 3:58 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday at Hohlt & File Funeral Home in Vandalia. Services will be 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Harry Kirk officiating. Memorials: Family of Cynthia Branch.

Mrs. Branch was born on Feb, 21, 1960 in Stauton, the daughter of William Moore and Helen Robenson.

She was a pharmacy technician and affiliated with the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Roy E. Branch; a son, Christopher Moore of Patoka; her father, of Patoka; a brother, Ernest Moore and his wife, Joan of Holiday Shores; and sisters Barbara Gundlach and Paulette Griffith, both of Gillespie.

She was preceded in death by her mother; sister, Shirley Smith; and brother, Donald Moore.
