New Royalty Crowned at Fayette County Fair

On Monday July 13th, 2026, a new queen was crowned for Fayette County. With five other competitors, competition was fierce. By the end of the night Annabelle Click of Ramsey Illinois was crowned the new Fayette County Fair queen. For our Little Miss queen, Raelynn Willson of St. Elmo was crowned. 

Smiles, laughter, and cheers filled the night as contestants took the stage during the Fayette County Fair Queen Pageant. The evening began with the Little Miss contestants, who each introduced themselves with a walk across 

the stage before answering a brief question. The competition then shifted to the Miss contestants, who showcased their confidence during the swimsuit competition. 

As the pageant drew to a close the Miss contestants gave a short speech about something that was important to them. Whether that was the importance of being a big sister to foster siblings or how her dads cancer impacted her life, each speech was meaningful. 

As Avery Myers, 2025 Fayette County Fair queen took her last walk, it was an unforgettable moment as fireworks exploded overhead and the crowd celebrated the close of her reign with applause and appreciation.

The excitement reached its peak when Annabelle Click was crowned the new Fayette County Fair Queen and Raelynn Willson was named Little Miss. Their crowning marked the perfect conclusion to an evening filled with grace, heartfelt moments, and lasting memories.
