Chyenne N. Norsic, 26, Shelbyville

Chyenne Nicole Norsic “Serepin,” 26, of Shelbyville, IL, went to be with our Lord on Aug. 13, 2023, at 11:15 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Norsic; son, Cole Barber; daughter, Aubrey Norsic; stepdaughter, Alexis Norsic; stepson, Ethan Norsic; her mother, Barbette “Jere” Serepin (Richard Carter); her father, Aden L. Serepin, Jr.; three brothers, Christian D. “Norfleet” McIntosh (Brooke), Austin B. M. Serepin and Aden Micheal “Mickey” Lee Serepin (Lily); three stepbrothers, Seth Carter, Dakota Carter and Dylan Carter; three stepsisters, Brittney McIntosh, Summer Mathison and Sara Snow; grandfather Rev. Robert Norfleet; four nieces, Rosalee Serepin, Luna and Jenna “McIntosh” and Willow; nephew Emitt Carter; three aunts; two uncles; and several beloved cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by three grandmothers, Penny E. Serepin, Norma “June” Norfleet and Barbara J. Norfleet; and a grandfather, Aden L. Serepin Sr.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at the Nazarene Church at 701 W. North 3rd St., Shelbyville, IL.

Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Services will follow at 3 p.m., and there will be a dinner afterward.
