Kathern “Cleo” Wadkins, 86, Patoka

Kathern “Cleo” Wadkins, age 86 of Patoka IL, passed away on Monday July 11, 2022 at Odin Care Center. Cleo was born June 17, 1936 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Carl and Martha (Longwell) Splechter. 

Funeral Services for Kathern “Cleo” Wadkins will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2022, at Day Macz Funeral home in Patoka, IL with her nephew Shaun Splechter officiating with internment at the Patoka Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home in Patoka. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church of Patoka, the Patoka Ambulance Service, or Patoka City Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home. The family requests that St. Louis baseball Cardinal attire be worn.
