Roselyn Fern Stine, age 92, of St. Elmo, Illinois, passed away at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Aperion Care Center in St. Elmo, Illinois.

Roselyn was born December 28, 1929 in Herrick, IL to Glen C. and Gladys F. (Nowlin) Smith. She married Ross Stine on May 6, 1949 in Arkansas. He preceded her in death.

She was a member of Threads of Friendship Quilt Club. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, painting, and quilting. She was retired from IMCO and Poly Pak Company, and she also worked at Signature Label all in Vandalia.  She was also a beautician for several years.

Roselyn is survived by daughters, Peggy (husband Larry) Stolte of St. James, IL and Connie (husband Thomas Dunn) of Effingham, IL; sister, Judy Barnick of Farina, IL; several grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

Roselyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ross Stine; sons, Stephen J. and David Ross Stine.
