Ryan M. Dugan, 19, Vandalia

Ryan Michael Dugan, 19, of Vandalia, died at 4:39 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2009, at his residence.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at First United Methodist Church in Vandalia, with Dr. Roger Grimmett officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and an hour before services on Wednesday, both at the church. Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia was in charge of arrangements. Memorials: Kamren Dugan Trust Fund at First National Bank in Vandalia.

Mr. Dugan was born on March 24, 1990, in Taylorville, the son of Darin J. and Lori D. Harrison Dugan.

He was a crew person at McDonald’s in Vandalia, and had recently enlisted in the Navy. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vandalia.

He is survived by his fiancée, Rochelle L. Timmons of Vandalia; son, Kamren Michael Dugan of Vandalia; parents; sister, Lauren Dugan of Vandalia; maternal grandparents, Dale and Mary Harrison of Fillmore; paternal grandparents, Robert and Linda Dugan of Vandalia; and paternal great-grandmother, Geraldine Hipsher of Brownstown.
