VPD Bike Rodeo

The Vandalia Police Department held its annual bicycle safety rodeo on Saturday in the parking lot of Vandalia Junior High School and Vandalia Middle School. Above, VPD officer Rob Blackerby fits Parker Ray with a free bicycle helmet.
