• William M. Peters, 25, 626 S. Locust St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 26 on charges of driving while his license is revoked or suspended and driving an all-terrain vehicle on a roadway. Bond was $1,500.
• Zack C. Resner, 17, Effingham, was arrested on Aug. 26 on charges of reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude police. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Hillary L. Sims, 20, Auburn, was arrested on Aug. 26 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond was $1,000.
• Richard L. Jay, 52, 507 W. Orchard St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 25 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $5,000.
• Julie A. Carroll, 51, 218 W. Orchard St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 25 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $3,000.
• Lonnie J. Johnson, 44, 518 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 25 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $3,000.
• Brian E. Mathrusse, 24, Roy, Utah, was arrested on Aug. 25 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $25,000.
• Dion L. Black, 31, Markham, was arrested on warrants from Cook and Bond counties. Bond was $3,500.
• Rayella M. Denton, 30, 406 E. Oak St., Brownstown, was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of possession or delivery of methamphetamine-manufacturing charges. Bond was $100,000.
• Rebecca J. Hissong, 36, 415 E. Oak St., Brownstown, was arrested on a Fayette County warrant for possession of methamphetamine precursors and an Effingham County small claims warrant, and on a charge of possession or delivery of methamphetamine-manufacturing materials. Bond was $110,000.
• Zachary D. Tegenkamp, 23, Cowden, was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of criminal damage to property. Bond was $1,000.
• Chad W. Reed, 19, RR 2, Farina, was arrested on Aug. 24 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $1,000.
• Rose A. Woolsey, 23, 1126 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 24 for failure to appear in court on a charge of theft. Bond was $1,000.
• Charles D. Roberts, 30, 422 S. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. Bond was $100,000, and he was turned over to the Illinois Department of Corrections on an IDOC warrant.
• Amy S. Miller, 31, 1319 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 24 on charges of possession/delivery of methamphetamine-manufacturing materials, methamphetamine manufacture and child endangerment. Bond was $25,000.
• Sherrill A. Durham, 24, 410 E. Madison St., Farina, was arrested on Aug. 23 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $300.
• Shawn M. Kubina, 19, 418 W. Gallatin St., Apt. 6, Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 23 for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and a traffic charge. Bond was $10,000.
• Timothy J. White, 37, RR 2, Brownstown, was arrested on Aug. 23 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, littering on a highway and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $10,000.
• Christy M. Litaker, 33, 600 N. Main St., St. Elmo, was arrested on Aug. 23 on charges of driving under the influence, child endangerment and failure to change address. Bond was $3,000.
• Stacie J. Willis, 43, Galva, was arrested on Aug. 23 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $3,500, and she was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Jimmie D. Hankins, 19, 319 N. Fourth St., Vandalia, turned himself in on Aug. 23 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $2,500.
• William J. McClary, 36, 521 S. Elm St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 22 on a warrant for deceptive practices. Bond was $5,000.
• Wally R. Nichols, 33, 524 N. Second St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 22 for failure to appear in court on a charge of delivery of alcohol to a minor. He was transferred to Moultrie County.
