Sandblasting With A View
Vandalia contractor Dennis Grubaugh is shown sandblasting the paint off of the steeple of St. James Lutheran Church in Vandalia last week.
He was taking the old paint off in preparation for applying a new coat of paint to the steeple. The church is located at the intersection of Eighth and Gallatin streets in Vandalia.
