Mary Kramer, 67, Altamont

Mary Kramer, 67, passed away Friday, April 3, at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Ill., following a short stay.

Born Feb. 2, 1959, in Vandalia, at the Fayette County Hospital, to parents Wayne and Dorothy Kramer. She attended school in Altamont, Ill.

She loved nature, trees, rocks, and wildlife. She especially loved the laundry business and the people she met.

She is survived by her sons, Eric Carter, Justin Finfrock, Caleb Stringer and Cole Stringer; a grandson, Tyler Finfrock; and a special friend, Tonya Rush.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Travis Carter; daughter, Brooke Stringer; brothers, Loren and Larry Kramer; and her sister, Marian Horn. Along with grandparents,

William and Jane Kramer of Altamont and Fred and Mary Kline of St. Elmo.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 9 from 5 to 7 p.m at at Kull Funeral Home in Altamont.  Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday, April 10, at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, in Altamont.
