Community Calendar

  -The Illinois Federation for Outdoor Resources is holding its 25th Anniversary Membership Drive and Cookout on September 13th at 11am. Will be held at Gatch Lake /St. Peter Sportsman’s Club.

  -The Sons of the American Legion will be hosting their 9th Annual Testy Festival at the American Legion Post 1994 in Keyesport Illinois by Lake Carlyle on Sunday, August 17th.

  -The Fayette County Home and Community Education will be hosting its International Banquet on September 18th. Registration starts at 5pm at the Unity Baptist Church in Vandalia.

  -The Fayette County Democrats will have a meeting Monday, August 18 7:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 1221 W. Fillmore St., Vandalia.
