United Fidelity Bank Appoints New President-Ceo
The Board of Directors of United Fidelity Bank are pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Lee as the permanent President and CEO, effective immediately. Mr. Lee, who has been serving as Interim President and CEO, as well as Chief Credit Officer, since September 2024, will also join the Board of Directors. Lee initially joined United Fidelity in early 2024 as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. He stepped into the interim leadership role following the retirement of long-time President and CEO Donald Neel.
Lee has experience as a C-suite executive at various other banks, focusing primarily on Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk Management, and Loan Operations. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad range of experience to United Fidelity Bank from his roles in both large community and regional banks across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest.
His academic credentials include BS and MBA degrees from Indiana University and advanced studies at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. A licensed real estate broker and a securities representative, Lee is also a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to community service holding board positions with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Near North Development Corporation, Coburn Place, the American Bankers Association Government Relations Council, and Summex Health Management.
